In this context, we are obliged to inform you as follows:
The data controller is LUDUS DANIŞMANLIK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry with number 280184-5 whose registered office is Levent Mah. Zambaklı Sk. No: 6 Beşiktaş, Istanbul.
Your general or sensitive personal data in self-identifying categories that you have specified in your curriculum vitae including but not limited to name-surname, date of birth, education status, contact information, work experience, areas of interest, driving license status, gender, military service status, contact information of third parties regarding the reference, photographs are processed for the purposes of evaluation of your application, execution of our human resource policies of our Company, managing the recruitment process, contacting to you due to your application and prevention of potential disputes.
Including the data in the categories listed above, your general or sensitive personal data in the categories of self-identifying you have specified in your resume will not be transferred to any third party. In addition, it may be shared with official authorities in order to fulfill the requirements of regulatory or enforcement proceedings or judicial decisions of official authorities with limitation to their request.
Your personal data, which is obtained by fully or partially automated through your resume sent by e-mail or other means within the scope of your job application, is collected for the establishment and continuation of your business relationship with the Company as the legal reason.
